To maintain their existing reputation for the highest standards of service and workmanship - and to support their contracts for the Ministry of Defence, Wightlink Ferries, and local authorities - Baker Trayte Marine identified that implementing a tailor-made quality management system and achieving ISO 9001 were key priorities for the business.
